Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Canterbury League Club is seeking enthusiastic Greeting Attendant to join our team. This role is key to maintaining a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment while delivering excellent customer service to our members and guests.
As one of Sydney’s leading hospitality destinations, Canterbury League Club operates across three venues and is committed to delivering exceptional experiences through our world-class facilities and talented staff.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to:
- Welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Ensure club dress codes are consistently maintained and communicated respectfully.
- Delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service to all patrons
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the lobby and public areas.
- Ensure compliance with legal entry requirements
About you
- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
