Job Description

  • Greet the guests and escort them to the designated seating
  • Collect payment from the guests at the reception counter before proceeding to the lounge
  • Ensure check in process runs smoothly – process the guest accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Handle the guest questions and concern in good manner
  • Making sure the reception area is always well prepared, clean and monitored at all times
  • Prepare food labels as required by the kitchen
  • Replenish food and beverages in the food counters and refrigerators in a timely and hygienic manner
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels of amenities are available
  • Ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the Lounge achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by ensuring properly trained in safe working practices, safety hazard identification and risk management
  • To attend training sessions and meetings if required
  • Report to duty punctually, dressed and groomed to required standards
  • Must have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally within an airport or lounge environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry
  • Must have RSA
  • Weekend Availability is a MUST
