Whitehaven Cruises is part of Sydney Harbour Attractions—the team behind Thunder Jet, Harbour Jet, and Sydney Harbour Whale Watching. With over 20 years in marine tourism, we're searching for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our fun, energetic crew on Sydney Harbour.

About the Roles

We’re hiring GPHs (General Purpose Hands) and Hosts/Hostesses to help deliver memorable experiences. You don’t need marine experience to apply—just a great attitude and strong customer service skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere
  • Assisting with onboard duties, including basic deck and hosting tasks
  • Helping guests with seating, boarding, and general enquiries
  • Supporting safe vessel operations under crew direction
  • Keeping the vessel clean, tidy, and presentable
  • Helping with wharf check-ins or sales when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • RSA (required for onboard roles)
  • Hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, upbeat personality
  • Ability to work well in a team and show initiative
  • Reliable, well presented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • GPH certificate and First Aid qualification are an advantage but not required
