Key Responsibilities
1. Service - deliver memorable, on-brand experiences.

2. People and Leadership - coach, roster, develop, model Daymaker behaviours.

3. Operational Excellence - standards, compliance, inventory, reporting.

4. Commercial - upsell, cost control, yeild, margin KPI's.

5. Continuous Improvement - use feedback / NPS / Operational metrics to prioritise improvements.

What You’ll Bring

These are the desired skills and experience for this role:

• 1-3 years’ supervisory experience in a retail, food service or hospitality/ leisure environment involving shift work.
• Previous experience with sales figures preferred.
• Experience in achieving sales targets.
• Above average level computer literacy.
• Senior First Aid Certification.
• Food Supervisors Certification.
• RSA (Relevant QLD requirements)
• RMLV (Relevant to QLD requirements).
• Approved Manager Licence (Relevant to QLD requirements).
