About us:

Seascape Restaurant + Bar, is one of the Gold Coast’s most celebrated dining destinations, renowned for exceptional service, premium ingredients, and timeless elegance. We are a multi-level iconic beachfront venue with a chic Bistro + Bar, a Fine Dining Restaurant and a Rooftop Bar, all with panoramic ocean views and contemporary seafood cuisine.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Section Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary needs.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage your section with confidence, grace and efficiency
  • Maintain the highest standard levels of presentation and cleanliness
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fine dining or high end establishment
  • Good knowledge of wines, cocktails and seafood cuisine
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English
  • Recommend food and beverage pairings with strong product knowledge
  • Section experience with ability to carry 3 plates and drink trays with confidence
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
