Yorkeys Knob Boating Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant and Functions Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of this exciting waterfront venue. This role will be a casual position with a potential of full time work.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Previous experience in Events/Functions along with food and beverage supervision.

Be an excellent communicator with ability to liaise with kitchen, service staff and management.

Have a strong customer service focus and ability to lead staff by example.

Have an eye for detail.

Assist with marketing, concepts and promotional material and input to Social Media

Ability to capture, create and manage Functions & Events from booking to successful completion.

Have strong organisational skills.

Be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Hold current an RSA Certificate

The successful candidate will require the service expertise to co-ordinate a small team of employees through function and restaurant service, as well as organising and reporting back on the outcome of events held by the Club. You must have a high degree of flexibility to work varied hours across weekdays and weekends and be passionate about being a visible leader for staff and members; working front of house and liaising with our customer base.
