Experienced Wait Staff – Busy Japanese Restaurant (Willetton)

We are currently seeking experienced wait staff with strong customer service skills to join our team at a busy Japanese restaurant in Willetton.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Take orders and serve food, drinks, and desserts
• Maintain cleanliness during and after service
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow direction and communicate clearly with team members
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive, “can-do” attitude

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or similar environment

(Experience in a Japanese restaurant is an advantage but not essential)

• Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong customer focus and commitment to high service standards
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and evenings

Requirements

• Completed Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
