Invictus Group are seeking experienced Security Guards who are suitably qualified to work in Licensed venues throughout the Sydney areas.

This Ad is not for static work, please only apply if you are looking for work in License Venues/RSL

locations are all over Sydney. Western/Eastern Suburbs and surrounding

As a member of our Licensed Venue team, must have personal presentation and customer service skills. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional front line customer service and support
  • Risk identification and Incident response
  • General security duties including administration tasks
  • Working within a team environment
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • The ability and confidence to work on your own
  • Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills
  • Availability for weekends & public holidays
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations

Skills and experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas:

  • Hold a valid NSW Security Licensed (1A/1C) & current First Aid Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (A)
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Professional Personal Presentation
  • Ability to work nights
  • Must be available for weekend work
  • Experience in Conflict Resolution
  • Ability to walk and stand for some periods of time
  • Have working rights in Australia
