What you’ll be doing
Our primary purpose is to provide high quality services to the patients being treated by the Dermatologists at St George Hospital and at Premier Dermatology, a Private Dermatology Clinic, in a supervised fashion. This includes outpatient and inpatient care and undertaking training activities and participating in teaching junior medical staff on the job. You will be required to participate in on-call rosters during normal hours (8.00 am – 4.30pm), attend two half day clinics a week at Professor Murrell’s private Dermatology Clinic and present at Medical Grounds Rounds once a year.

Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, current general registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Completion of at least 3 years post graduate experience in a hospital
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills, judgement and expertise.
- Demonstrated teamwork, time management and problem solving skills as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with dictation ability
- Evidence of continued professional development, research, presentations and commitment to self-education.
- Demonstrated interest in dermatology.
