As a Shed Assistant / Farm Support Worker at Duxton Farms Limited, you will play an important and valued role in supporting the daily operations of the farm and shed. Your work helps keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean, organised, and ready for use, allowing the farming team to work safely, smoothly, and efficiently every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, wash, and maintain farm and shed equipment to ensure everything stays in good working condition and ready for use.

Assist with unloading, packing, and organising farm supplies and deliveries in a careful and orderly way.

Keep sheds, storage areas, and workspaces clean, tidy, and easy to work in, helping improve overall efficiency.

Help assemble, prepare, and set up farming or beekeeping equipment to support daily farm activities.

Support farm teams with basic manual tasks when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Follow all workplace health and safety rules at all times to help maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, well-organised, and productive daily farm operations.

This role is hands-on, physically active, and involves both outdoor and shed-based work in a rural farming environment where teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks safely and effectively.
