Redcape Hospitality is looking for Gaming Attendants to join the team at Orion Hotel.

This role suits someone who enjoys looking after customers, can stay switched on during busy shifts and takes pride in creating a friendly, professional and compliant gaming experience.

You'll be supported by an experienced Gaming Manager who actively develops their team and provides clear expectations, training and support on the floor.

About the role

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll work across the gaming floor as part of the venue team, ensuring customers receive friendly, professional and compliant service.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly, efficient service across the gaming floor
  • Follow responsible service of gambling requirements and venue procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
  • Assist with customer enquiries and service requests
  • Build rapport with regular customers and create a positive venue experience
  • Support the wider team to maintain high service standards across the venue

What we're looking for

  • You're warm, friendly and genuinely enjoy looking after customers
  • You can stay calm, focused and professional during busy periods
  • You're available to work weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
  • You enjoy building rapport with regular customers and being part of a community venue
  • You hold a current RSA and RSG; CLO is highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
  • Gaming experience is preferred but not essential
