What will your typical day look like?
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant is responsible to provide functional support and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Your day will involve troubleshooting system issues, configuring enhancements, and ensuring the platform operates efficiently within agreed service levels. You'll also review quarterly releases, conduct impact assessments, and recommend improvements that optimise process and client user experience.

The Deloitte HRT2 team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and Kronos and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support.

3+ years' hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a BAU or managed services environment.
Strong configuration capability across different modules in Employee Central
Proven experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and conducting root cause analysis
Experience reviewing and implementing quarterly SuccessFactors releases including impact analysis and regression testing
Strong understanding of end to end HR lifecycle processes and data governance principles
Proven experience in working within SLA-driven environments and managing multiple client priorities
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Highly regarded)
