About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Administrator for our Eastlink Contract to assist in Payroll, Billing and general accounting based at our Ringwood Depot offering a hybrid working environment with 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform time reconciliation, CATA processing, and error reporting for different payroll areas on a weekly and fortnightly basis.
• Investigate and correct time entry discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with payroll configuration changes as required.
• Support cost rate reviews, updates, and system uploads in line with Enterprise Agreements.
• Prepare and manage income protection reporting for employee claims.
• Generate billing reports and supporting documentation
• Raise purchase orders (POs) for office expenses
• Monitor and manage invoice exceptions reports on a weekly basis
• Prepare and process cost transfer journals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Carry out any other duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time.

About You

To be successful in your application, you will have experience working in a similar role, ideally in the construction or utilities industry accompanied by;

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is desirable
• Understanding of payroll processes and enterprise agreements (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet recurring deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
