Position Summary

Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Finance solution activities as a functional consultant, supporting process analysis, configuration, testing, documentation and user support for assigned Finance areas. The role requires a strong foundation in SAP Finance, the ability to learn quickly, and mandatory AI experience to support efficient analysis, documentation, knowledge discovery and quality review.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing Finance business processes and documenting requirements, process steps, configuration assumptions and open questions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and validation activities in assigned areas under the direction of lead consultants.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration evidence, test scripts, training notes and support guides for Finance users.
• Support testing by executing test cases, recording results, documenting defects and assisting with issue analysis and retesting.
• Assist with master data review, reconciliation checks, reporting validation and post-go-live support activities for Finance processes.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve speed, consistency and quality of assigned Finance consulting tasks, while ensuring outputs are reviewed and validated.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of SAP Finance experience in consulting, implementation, enhancement, support or business analyst roles.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC Finance or related enterprise Finance systems, with willingness to deepen S/4HANA capability.
• Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience using AI tools for professional learning, documentation, analysis, productivity or project support is mandatory.

Core Technical Skills

• Foundational knowledge of Finance processes including general accounting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, asset accounting, controlling or financial close.
• Basic understanding of SAP Finance configuration concepts, master data, transaction flows, reporting outputs and integration touchpoints.
• Ability to work with test scripts, defect logs, process documents, configuration notes and functional support materials.
• Awareness of SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts such as Universal Journal, SAP Fiori, embedded reporting and Finance process simplification.

• Current baseline Security Clearance
• Citizen ability to obtain clearance
