Your Profile

• Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation.
• Accompany Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions in the Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW.
• Serve as the go-to person in the project team for data migration topics related to finance.
• Facilitate key design decisions, support testing and help plan the cutover activities in relation to the finance data objects.
• From a Finance Data perspective, be conversant with both the business and the technical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes.
• Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you’ve come across.

Your Role

• Minimum of 4-6+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
• A level of expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance and/ or Controlling) with 1 or 2 full life-cycle SAP implementation.
• Experience in Data Migration, Data Governance
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
