You’ve seen the headlines. You’ve heard the hype. The Reject Shop is now part of global retail giant Dollarama, and we’re building something big.
2026 is shaping up to be a defining year. Our store network is expanding, our ways of working are evolving, and we’re investing in modern, best‑in‑class people systems to support our growing workforce. At the centre of this transformation is SAP SuccessFactors.
We’re now looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant (SuccessFactors) to join our Technology team at the Store Support Centre. This is a hands‑on functional role supporting the implementation of SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and Employee Payroll.
This role is ideal for an experienced SuccessFactors professional who enjoys working closely with partners, understands end‑to‑end HR systems, and wants to play a key role in a major transformation program with ongoing ownership post go‑live.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and Employee Payroll.
- Partnering with Deloitte throughout the implementation to understand the solution design and broader SAP environment.
- Acting as a key functional SME within the business during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Contributing to requirements gathering, process design, and system configuration.
- Supporting the SuccessFactors platform following go‑live, including issue resolution and user support.
- Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Driving future enhancements and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors landscape.
- Assisting with documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a functional SAP or SuccessFactors role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
- Experience working on or supporting a SuccessFactors implementation.
- Solid understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
- Ability to work effectively with external implementation partners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a focus on delivery and quality.
