SEO Specialist

Location: Brisbane City QLD 4000

KBIT Consultants is expanding its digital capabilities and is seeking an SEO Specialist to join our Brisbane office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys improving website performance, analysing search trends and delivering practical SEO solutions that support long-term business growth.

The successful candidate will work across a variety of digital projects, helping optimise websites, improve organic search visibility and contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective on-page SEO strategies.
  • Perform keyword research and identify new opportunities for organic growth.
  • Review website content and recommend optimisation improvements.
  • Monitor website rankings, traffic and search performance using SEO tools.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Work alongside internal teams to support digital marketing activities.
  • Prepare SEO reports and communicate campaign performance.
  • Keep up to date with search engine algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in SEO, digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and recognised SEO software.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia or legal eligibility to work in Australia.
