With a remote-first work approach, this business is helping to build out software that helps everyday individuals, accountants, and businesses, identify, track, and organise their crypto activity across multiple exchanges and blockchains, with well over 3000 integrations into exchanges, wallets, protocols, and more. Weathering the harsh 2022 Crypto market, this business has done well to keep their head down and continue to build, with new product features being released and an ever-growing market presence globally. Now, in 2024 and beyond, they have plans to build a whole new product line for their core platform, improve on their global integration piece, and ensure their platform can scale to meet these growing transactions.

Role
Working in a fast-paced, Agile environment, you will work alongside the product and development team to understand business requirements and then help to shape new features. Working with Figma, you will create prototypes and visual designs, with a focus around delightful interactions, creativity, animations, etc, then build out this design in React and Typescript. I am looking for someone who can design the features, then build it themselves. Your first 6 months will see you building component libraries and creating interactions and animations for the public website and in-house application.

Requirements

• I am looking for someone with advanced experience in Figma, React, and Typescript.
• You need to have a passion for design, ideally your own portfolio showcasing your work.
• Comfortable with animation libraries.
• Experienced with front-end architecture and design patterns.
• Someone who can own features end-to-end.
• Great communication skills.

This role will see you work entirely remote and receive a large amount of autonomy in your workload, you will get to suggest new ideas and strategies for building out new features, all whilst joining a business that is on an exciting growth trajectory.
