About the Role

Saké is seeking energetic Section Waiters & Bartenders, to join our team on a casual basis, including weekend dinner services. If you have a passion for delivering a premium guest experience in a premium setting, this role is perfect for you!

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a premium setting
• Food and beverage knowledge and skills
• Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience and a consistent sequence of service
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
• Holds a valid VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
