Palm Club is a new island-inspired café and bar coming to Williamstown—a laid-back social space built around cocktails, music, Caribbean flavours and memorable nights.

We’re looking for Bar Staff who can bring personality, pace and genuine hospitality to the bar.

You don’t need to know every cocktail ever created, but you do need to care about quality, enjoy being around people and be willing to learn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Providing warm and engaging service across the bar
  • Maintaining drink quality and presentation
  • Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
  • Following responsible-service requirements
  • Supporting the floor and wider team whenever needed
  • Helping create a fun, welcoming and safe atmosphere

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a warm, confident and engaging personality
  • Enjoys creating drinks and recommending something guests will love
  • Can work quickly without compromising quality
  • Contributes positively to the energy of the venue
  • Communicates well and supports their teammates

Previous bar or cocktail experience will be highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right person with the right attitude.

A current Victorian RSA will be required.
