Full job description

· Are an experienced fully qualified Sashimi / Sushi chef with good fish cutting skills more than 3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine;

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations;

· Responsible for developing the menu and subsequent seasonal specials;

· Monitoring food costs;

· Provide training and enforce food safety and hygiene regulations;

· Ensure the storing of food complies with food safety standards, labeling of all food in storage;

· Assist in developing more efficient operational procedures;

· Attend to customer complaints and assist in solving complaint issues.

· A team-oriented spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
