This is where our next adventure begins.

We’re building the opening team for Shokunin, Hunter Street Hospitality’s newest Japanese dining destination at Hamer Hall, Melbourne.

Shokunin means craftsperson, a philosophy centred on dedication, mastery and the continual pursuit of better. Bringing together the relaxed spirit of a Japanese izakaya with the refined technique and personalised approach of kappo dining, Shokunin is a place for seriously good Japanese food, warm hospitality, great drinks and even better company.

Now, we’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals who want to bring that philosophy to life.
