Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a high-volume, a la carte restaurant or premium bar environment
• A current and valid RSA
• Strong cocktail fundamentals, spirits knowledge, and confidence preparing drinks
• Solid wine knowledge and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
• Confidence with POS systems, cash handling, and bar stock procedures
• A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to thrive during busy services while maintaining attention to detail and presentation
• Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
