Casual Cocktail Bartenders & Bar Backs | Vista’Mare at Crown Sydney

Join the opening team at Vista’Mare, a vibrant new waterfront bar and dining destination in the a’Mare precinct at Crown Sydney.

We’re looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders and enthusiastic Bar Backs who enjoy fast-paced service, working as a team and creating memorable guest experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, aperitivi, wine, beer and spirits to a consistent standard
  • Engage with guests and support smooth service across the bar and floor
  • Keep the bar clean, organised and stocked
  • Assist with preparation, stock rotation, opening and closing duties
  • Follow RSA, food safety and Crown compliance requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Full Australian working rights and a current NSW RSA Certificate
  • Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Strong presentation, communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to stay organised and work well under pressure
  • Willingness to complete Crown’s required police compliance check

For Cocktail Bartenders, we’re seeking at least 1–2 years’ experience in a premium venue, strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and confident preparation and bar service skills. For Bar Backs, bar experience is welcome, along with a willingness to learn and support the team during busy service.

Experience with Italian aperitivi, spritzes, vermouths or amari is a bonus.
