Located in the heart of iconic The Rocks, Sydney, our vibrant venue is looking for top talent to join our front-of-house team. We are hiring enthusiastic Bartenders, Food Runners, Hosts, and Waitstaff who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to both local regulars and international visitors. Whether you are mixing signature cocktails behind the bar, welcoming guests at reception, or running seamless floor service against a historic Sydney backdrop, your energy and flair will bring our space to life.

We are seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Competitive pay rates range from $26.00 to $45.00+ per hour (commensurate with role and experience), plus lucrative tips. Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification valid in NSW before commencing work.
