Emily&Steve is a multi-brand designer boutique located in Emporium Melbourne. We specialise in designer, streetwear fashion brands, featuring brands such as 13DE MARZO, REVAN, AVVENN, LE SPECS, along with a curated selection of designer sunglasses.

We are looking for a Fashion Retail Sales Assistant to join our Melbourne CBD store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, styling, customer service and working in a boutique retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, confident and professional customer service
• Assist customers with styling, sizing and product recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships and support repeat purchases
• Maintain store presentation, fitting rooms and product displays
• Assist with stock organisation, tagging, replenishment and daily store operations
• Support social media and product content when required
• Process sales through the POS system accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organised and premium boutique environment

About You:

• Previous retail, fashion, beauty or luxury sales experience is preferred
• Fluent English communication is required
• Mandarin or Cantonese is highly regarded
• Confident speaking with both local and Chinese-speaking customers
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, designer brands or streetwear
• Friendly, reliable, proactive and well-presented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced CBD retail environment
• Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred
• Must have valid working rights in Australia
