At Quality Practice Accreditation (QPA) we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to engage with high-value leads.

Our mission is to drive excellence in primary care through an accreditation program that emphasises and promotes ongoing quality assurance and improvement. In going beyond minimal standards and tick a box accreditation processes, QPA provides services with a reliable and cost effective choice in accreditation.

About the Role

As our Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. The key focus will be to acquire clients using a proven sales approach using telephone and video calls, email, and other channels as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert new business opportunities in the General Practice sector
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients
  • Lead solution focused conversations that align client needs with QPA’s capabilities
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and initial onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and track performance against targets

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years experience in sales or business development
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self starter with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
