Sales Representative – High Commission Role (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Northern NSW Sales Reps Required)

Blinds, Shutters & Window Furnishings Sales

Are you a motivated salesperson looking for a high-income opportunity with uncapped earning potential?

We are a growing and well-established Blinds & Shutter company specialising in the supply and installation of premium window furnishings for residential, commercial, builder, and high-rise projects. We are currently seeking a driven and confident Sales Representative to help grow our client base and generate new business opportunities.

This is an extremely high-paying commission-based role suited to someone who is confident, self-motivated and hungry to succeed.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for approaching and developing relationships with:

  • Brick-and-mortar businesses
  • Residential home owners
  • Real estates
  • High-rise building managers and/or body corporates
  • Commercial clients and property managers

You will generate your own leads, conduct on-site visits, discuss customer requirements, take rough measurements, and provide clients with information on our product range. You are also welcome to secure customers over the phone without face-to-face.

You will be supplied with:

✔ Fabric and product samples
✔ Quotation/measurement booklets
✔ Measuring devices and tools required for site visits
✔ Product and sales training (where required)

We Offer Exceptional Earning Potential

We pay over double the industry-standard commission.

12.5% commission + performance bonuses

This is a genuine opportunity for the right candidate to earn a very high income with uncapped commissions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous sales experience preferred (however strong natural sales ability will also be considered)
  • A background in the blinds, shutters, curtains, awnings or window furnishings industry is highly regarded but not essential, as training can be provided
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong personal presentation
  • Access to business casual or business attire
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Self-motivation and confidence approaching businesses and decision makers
