About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the on-boarding department, ensuring efficient on-boarding, maintaining customer records, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Process customer on-boarding accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track and monitor order status, deliveries, and customer requests.
  • Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and compliant with company procedures.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administration, customer service, or office administration role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
