Sales Representative – Wholesale & Retail

Location: Campbellfield, VIC
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to manage and grow our wholesale and retail customer base. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling into retail stores, independent supermarkets, convenience stores, and trade customers.

You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts, servicing existing customers, and increasing product range and sales volume across your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Visit stores to present products, promotions, and new lines
  • Grow distribution, shelf space, and product range
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Negotiate pricing, deals, and promotions
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or FMCG sales preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations
  • Confident in face-to-face selling and account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management
  • Valid driver’s licence
