About the Opportunity Our Salesforce Practice is gearing up for an incredibly busy season. We are currently awaiting the outcome of several major tenders and want to be ready to hit the ground running. Rather than waiting, we are proactively opening this Expression of Interest (EOI) to connect with skilled Salesforce Functional Consultants now.

What You’ll Do As a Salesforce Functional Consultant at Innovior, your focus will be on the hands-on delivery of client requirements. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure our solutions hit the mark.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, documenting functional designs, and supporting the delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet business and client requirements.

• Translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process notes, and functional documentation.

• Configuring Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and agreed design patterns.

• Supporting the build of objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and related configuration.

• Supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution activities.

What You Bring We are looking for a strong hands-on functional contributor with a practical and quality-focused mindset. You will ideally bring:

• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a functional consulting, business analysis, administration, or configuration role.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative features such as objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, and dashboards.

• An understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, automation capabilities, and standard platform features.

• The ability to interpret business requirements and support their translation into functional solutions.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and project-based delivery environments.
