Hours:

  • Up to 3-8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday (Hours usually start 3 hours per day and part time hours)

Compensation:

  • $42.56-50 per hour (Major progression as performance is met)
  • Has 12% superannuation
  • 0-5% commission on closed sales (Average commission target of approximately $2,500 per month, uncapped and depends on the salesperson)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a high-performing, independent Business Development Manager to deliver outbound lead generation for multiple B2B clients. This role focuses on multi-channel outreach, lead qualification, and booking high-quality, sales-ready meetings.
  • This is a fully remote, Australia-based position with clear growth opportunities. High performers may progress into Campaign Manager or Account Manager roles, with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
  • Manage up to two client campaigns concurrently, allocated in dedicated four-hour blocks per client
  • Qualify prospects against defined client criteria and book sales appointments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and daily activity reporting
  • Consistently achieve KPIs, including:
  • 1.5 to 2 qualified leads per client per three hour block
  • Approximately 3 to 4 qualified appointments per day
  • Adherence to call, message, booked, show, qualified, and closed deal targets

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum one year of B2B cold calling experience preferred
  • Strong sales persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Highly independent, professional, and accountable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to provide past performance results and references
  • Comfortable working with the following tools:
  • Clay for prospecting
  • Lemlist for outbound campaigns
  • CRMs including HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce

Compensation and Career Progression

  • $42.56-50 per hour with 12% superannuation (Major progression as performance is met)
  • Uncapped commission with strong earning potential, usually around $2,500 monthly
