• Stay updated on Samsung products and technology trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organised store environment.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process after sales care Service Appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
