Santas Agency is seeking an exceptional Santa Claus Performer to create magical Christmas experiences for families during the festive season.

This is a premium role suited to performers who enjoy working with children, have a warm and engaging personality, and take pride in delivering memorable customer experiences. You'll appear at high-quality Christmas photography experiences, corporate events, shopping centres and community celebrations.

No acting qualifications are required, but performance experience is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Portray Santa Claus in a professional and authentic manner.
• Welcome families and create magical interactions with children of all ages.
• Pose for professional Christmas photographs.
• Engage confidently with guests while maintaining the character of Santa.
• Work closely with photographers, elves and event staff.
• Maintain a high level of energy, warmth and professionalism throughout each shift.
• Arrive on time and prepared for each booking.
• Care for and maintain Santa costumes and accessories provided.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, patient and genuinely enjoys working with children.
• Naturally warm, kind and engaging.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Comfortable speaking with large numbers of families.
• Able to remain in character throughout each shift.
• Physically able to work several hours in costume.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience as Santa Claus.
• Acting, theatre or entertainment experience.
• Customer service or hospitality experience.
• Experience working with children.
• Public speaking or event hosting experience.

Essential Requirements

• Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or willingness to obtain before commencement).
• Availability throughout November and December, including weekends and evening shifts.
• Own transport is preferred.
