Our core business is the operation of a licensed bar and nightlife venue, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional beverage service, facilitating private bookings, and providing exclusive VIP booths and bottle service. ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and management expected at Santos & Pecadores. As a Hospitality, Retail, and Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dynamic venue. Your leadership will ensure smooth functioning, exceeding customer expectations, and enhancing our reputation as a leading nightlife destination in Perth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the operations of the venue and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.

- Manage a team of staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and venue profitability.

- Coordinate private bookings, VIP booths, and special events.

- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain operational efficiency.

- Ensure an exceptional customer service experience through effective staff management and service standards.

- Uphold health and safety protocols in line with industry regulations.

- Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

- Conduct regular financial analysis and report on performance metrics.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
