Introducing our entity

Sydney Health Physiotherapy is looking for a reliable and professional Medical Receptionist to join our growing team across our Hurstville and Sydney CBD clinics.

We are looking for a Casual Receptionist Role for a Saturday Shift from 9 AM to 3:30 PM.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is in High School or at University
  • Enjoys working in a healthcare environment
  • Communicates confidently and professionally
  • Reliable
  • Can stay focused and organised during busy periods
  • Is reliable, punctual, and mature in their approach to work

Your responsibilities

  • Front desk reception and patient greeting
  • Managing bookings and appointment scheduling
  • Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Processing payments and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating patient flow throughout the day
  • Following up appointments and assisting with clinic operations
  • Supporting clinicians and maintaining a professional environment

What We’re Looking For
