Whether you’re looking for your first step into hospitality or you’re already experienced in café service, we want you to be part of the club for everyone!

Who we are

Our story begins in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn't find a spot keep the conversation going - so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people's everyday moments ever since. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world's largest Australian café chains. The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group who is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL.

What we’re after

  • Friendly, customer-focused people who can deliver warm service and make guests feel at home.
  • Confident communicators who can take accurate orders, handle transactions, and resolve queries with ease.
  • Flexible all-rounders who can support any area of the cafe when needed.
  • Team players who can keep service areas clean, organised, and stocked throughout the shift.
  • People who follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards to keep our café safe and compliant.

These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Why you should join us

  • The chance to grow your skills, confidence and hospitality experience with an iconic Australian café brand
  • Generous staff discounts & free coffee while on shift
  • Enjoy the buzz and a supportive team culture of a fast-paced café while creating those feel-good moments for our customers
