  • Act as the guardian of the brand, protecting and strengthening brand equity

Campaigns & Content:

  • Lead creative development for national campaigns, promotions, and menu launches
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling creative concepts
  • Oversee content creation across social media, digital, CRM, and always-on channels
  • Develop creative that resonates with Australian consumers and culture

Team & Agency Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire internal creative teams
  • Manage external creative, production, and media agency relationships
  • Provide clear creative direction, approvals, and feedback

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, Digital, and Franchise teams
  • Ensure creative execution is scalable and operationally achievable
  • Support franchise partners with creative guidelines and campaign toolkits

Execution & Performance:

  • Deliver high-quality creative at pace
  • Manage creative budgets and production timelines
  • Review campaign performance and optimise creative effectiveness

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior creative role
  • Experience within QSR, retail, FMCG, or agency environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, and content-led marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
  • Ability to balance creativity with speed-to-market and commercial outcomes
  • Experience working with franchise or multi-site brands highly regarded
