About the Role:

As the School Technical Officer, you will:

Assist in managing the operation of a school's information and communication technology (ICT) network service to contribute to the enhancement of student learning opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage and maintain school ICT systems, equipment and infrastructure.
Provide technical support to staff and students, resolving ICT issues efficiently.
Train and assist staff in using ICT tools effectively for teaching and learning.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs and maintain accurate ICT records.
Communicate with stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Apply strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, computers, printers and remote support.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
