- Move between different service channels, teams or sites as business needs change
About You

You will bring:
- Strong customer service mindset with friendly, professional interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry capability
- Adaptable, hands-on approach with confidence using multiple computer systems
- Good written communication skills
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn, with confidence to ask questions and seek support
Experience in administration, customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality, childcare, reception, community services or similar environments will be highly regarded. Experience working with people from diverse cultural, social or community backgrounds will also be valued.
