Position Description
  • Full time ongoing role
  • ASO4 salary range $82,212 - $86,180 p.a. + super
  • Based at Light Square campus / Kaurna Country

Please note that this role is only open to public sector employees.

The Opportunity

The Administration and Project Support Officer provides high-level administrative and project support to the Educational Manager, Teaching and Learning. This role is a key contact for day-to-day enquiries and supports diary management, workflow coordination, project research, recruitment and onboarding activities, event coordination, and the preparation of communications, briefings and operational documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience providing high-quality administrative and project support to senior leaders, teams or programs, including diary management, meeting coordination, workflow management, correspondence, research and confidential administrative services.
  • Sound knowledge of information technology, records management and business systems, including Microsoft Office, BASWARE and corporate applications used to support administration, procurement, document management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under limited direction, using initiative, judgement and strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a complex environment.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
