About the role

We're seeking a compassionate and engaging Support Worker to support a friendly client based in Regents Park.

In this rewarding role, you will focus on supporting the client to maintain their independence, confidence, and connections within the community. Through meaningful companionship and practical support, you'll assist them to continue participating in daily activities, attending appointments, and staying socially connected.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:
  • Compassionate, patient, and genuinely committed to supporting others.
  • Organised and proactive, with the confidence to assist with daily routines and encourage independence.
  • A clear and respectful communicator who can build positive, trusting relationships.
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing safe, person-centred support.
  • A holder of a full Australian driver’s licence.
