We are a premium, luxury entertainment lounge located in Rockdale, Sydney. We are currently under new management and looking for an experienced Club Promoter / Talent Scout to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Talent Scout, you will be responsible for connecting independent entertainers with our venue. You will act as a bridge between talent and management. This role requires someone who already understands the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network and build relationships within the entertainment community
• Identify and recruit talent for our venue
• Introduce entertainers to our management team
• Maintain ongoing relationships with talent you refer
• Coordinate availability and onboarding

About You:

✅ Must have previous experience in this industry
✅ Must have existing contacts (entertainers who are ready to work)
✅ OR you must know exactly where and how to find them
✅ Great people skills – able to build trust
✅ Self-motivated and reliable
✅ Professional and discreet

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Proven experience in entertainment recruitment or promotion
• Existing network of talent contacts
• Access to phone and reliable transport

Pay: $100.00 – $500.00 per day
