About the role:


You'll be an all-rounder - delivering outstanding service across our diverse range of outlets, keeping dining areas looking their best, and engaging with our guests at every opportunity.

The day-to-day:


  • Providing friendly, confident, and efficient service

  • Taking food and beverage orders with accuracy and a smile

  • Serving everything from coffees to cocktails—depending on your placement

  • Upselling and recommending items to enhance the guest experience

  • Keeping all areas clean, well-presented, and guest-ready

  • Checking in with customers to ensure they’re happy and well looked after

  • Supporting your team and maintaining great communication during busy periods


Our Perfect Fit:


  • Previous experience in hospitality is essential (café, restaurant, bar, or events).
  • A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
  • Charismatic and outgoing - you’re not afraid to start a conversation
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail
  • Passionate about great service and creating memorable moments
  • Well-presented and professional at all times
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, or cocktails is a big advantage (essential for some venues)
  • Dedicated to doing the job well - no shortcuts, no excuses
  • Comfortable working across different venues and service styles
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-work medical (for those working in Events).
