We are seeking licensed Security Guards to join our team on-site with our client, a leader in the field of medical research (HRMI) based in Newcastle. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your security career with a company that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence..

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

  • Current and valid 1A Security License
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and professional presentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage situations calmly
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience in security is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site access control and visitor management
  • Foot and vehicle patrols
  • Incident response and reporting
  • Monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and the public
