We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to support our day-to-day hospitality service and events-based food and beverage operations.

This role is to provide high level food and beverage service to guests in line with established core hospitality values and promote the company values of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests, with safety as the top priority across all front-of-house (FOH) operations.
• Collaborate with the entire team to uphold excellence in all FOH service standards.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, with a strong focus on guest-facing presentation and hygiene.
• Support the business in setting and achieving clear financial goals, contributing to overall operational success.
• Understand and comply with liquor licensing regulations, and promptly report any potential issues during shifts to the manager on duty.

• The ability to stay calm and focused in high-energy environments
• Valid RSA certification (essential)
