About the role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join the Personal Injury team to join a great team and support our growing Personal Injury practice.

In this role, you will apply your strong secretarial and/or paralegal skills to work collaboratively with this high-performing & supportive team at a top level. Your duties include client liaison, file management, diary management, preparation of briefs to counsel, preparation of court documents, drafting correspondence and letters of instruction, arranging appointments with experts and barristers, and court filing. The role offers the opportunity to excel professionally and have a positive impact on those in need.

This role offers flexibility, allowing it to be full-time or part-time, with the potential for hybrid working arrangements.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • A positive and friendly personality who has the ability to work in a team environment but also independently.
  • Exceptional client service skills, being empathetic and understanding towards clients’ needs;
  • Be efficient and proactive
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in a legal administrative role;
  • Competence in MS Office packages;
  • Experience with Affinity (preferred but not essential).
