About the role

Reporting to the Area Manager - SA and based at our Mildura branch, you will lead a small team and drive revenue growth, customer retention and market share while delivering strong operational, safety and financial performance. You will set clear safety standards with a focus on compliance, while building team capability through effective people management and problem-solving.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead and embed a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with systems, legislation, incident management, training and risk controls.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including SOPs, contractor management, quality assurance, maintenance programs and DIFOT performance.
  • Build team capability through effective leadership, training, performance management and fostering a high‑engagement culture.
  • Own and drive sales performance, leading from the front with customers, strengthening key relationships and executing the branch sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor financial performance, controlling costs and taking action to meet budgets, forecasts and profitability targets.
  • Use data and reporting to track performance, manage KPIs, and communicate operational and safety outcomes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including process efficiencies, cost reduction and capital enhancements.
