Maintain a bar area that is not just spotless but also meticulously organized, ensuring supplies are well-stocked, glassware and equipment are sparkling clean, and that all hygiene and safety protocols are scrupulously observed. Become an aficionado of our drink menu, acquainting yourself with the ingredients, flavor profiles, and origins of each cocktail to guide guests in making the perfect choice. Handle cash transactions with precision and diligently record sales, adhering faithfully to our established cash-handling procedures. What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record as a Bartender, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

  • A deep reservoir of knowledge concerning spirits, liqueurs, and other bar ingredients, fueled by a fervor for mixology and a meticulous eye for detail. Mastery of cocktail techniques, including the art of muddling, shaking, stirring, and layering.

  • Superb customer service skills, encompassing the ability to engage guests with warmth and professionalism.

  • A capacity for multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure, all while delivering accuracy and quality in every pour.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless teamwork and clear, friendly interaction with guests.
