About the Job
At Arnott’s, we're continuing to invest in our People & Culture technology landscape and are looking for a Project Systems Administrator to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the P&C Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering complex system changes, enhancements and transformation initiatives across our SAP SuccessFactors environment. Working closely with P&C, IT, Payroll and external support partners, you'll help ensure our people systems and architecture remain efficient, compliant and aligned to business needs.

This is more than a system administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving change, and improving the way systems and processes work. You'll partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements while supporting a significant period of P&C technology transformation.

Role Details
  • 6-month fixed-term contract
  • North Strathfield Head Office location
  • Minimum 3 days per week onsite
  • Hybrid working arrangement available outside of onsite days

You enjoy understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating complex problems into practical solutions. You're comfortable building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrive in environments where change and continuous improvement are part of the everyday.

What Your Days Look Like
  • Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
  • Translating business needs into functional specifications for vendors and technical teams.
  • Managing system enhancements, configuration changes and defect resolution.
  • Supporting HRIS transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Working closely with P&C, IT, Payroll and external support partners.
  • Overseeing system changes through to deployment.
  • Investigating and resolving data quality issues.
  • Supporting reporting, governance and compliance requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee and manager experience.

The Ingredients for Success
  • Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with Employee Central (EC) experience essential.
  • Experience supporting HRIS projects, system implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience managing system enhancements, configuration changes and defect resolution.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Learning and Succession.
  • Experience coordinating testing activities, including UAT.
  • Strong understanding of P&C systems, integrations and data management.
  • Experience working with AMS providers, vendors and technical support teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on governance, compliance and data integrity.
