The Team & Role

Join a collaborative Learning Design team focused on creating engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences that build workforce capability and support safe patient care. As an Instructional Designer, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate clinical and organisational content into interactive eLearning, multimedia resources and assessments, using modern instructional design principles and technologies. You’ll lead the end-to-end development of learning solutions, contributing to continuous improvement, innovation and the effective transfer of learning into workplace practice.

Skills & Experience Required

Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, eLearning Development or a related role producing high-quality digital learning solutions that evidence adult learning principles, contemporary instructional design methodologies, and evidence-informed educational practices.
Qualifications in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Design, Multimedia Design or equivalent.
Advanced experience using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
Capabilities utilising Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro) or equivalent design and multimedia tools.
Demonstrated experience managing digital learning
