Job position

International Service Technician Australia & New Zealand

Role Summary

Join Boix Maquinaria as an International Service Technician, preparing, installing, and maintaining machinery for customers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll travel independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and support diverse clients—from fruit growers to bakeries—using strong analytical skills and a customer‑focused approach to ensure exceptional service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

· Prepare Boix machinery for delivery and installation across Australia and New Zealand.

· Travel independently to customer sites to install, commission, and test machines.

· Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.

· Provide on‑site support and training to customers on machine operation and best practices.

· Assess customer needs by actively listening and observing machine performance in real environments.

· Document service activities, technical findings, and improvement opportunities.

· Collaborate with the wider service team to ensure high‑quality, consistent service delivery.

· Represent Boix professionally while working with diverse clients such as fruit growers, packaging facilities, and bakeries.

· Identify and escalate recurring issues or improvement opportunities to enhance product performance.

· Maintain a strong customer‑focused approach, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term relationships.

About you

Relevant Qualifications

  • Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
